A captivating white wine from the Alpine region of Savoie made from the indigenous Altesse grape (aka Roussette) grown on steep slopes with limestone soil, contributing to the wine's distinctive character. Fermentation and Malolactic Fermentation at base temperature at 16°C in order to preserve freshness and fruity aromas, and sur lie until bottling to give rounder and more supplied mouthfeel
It presents a  golden yellow color. It gives delicate aromas of white flowers and ripe peach. On the palate, it is complex with a remarkable length and a spicy finish on notes of ripe fruit. It strikes a perfect balance between acidity and roundness, delivering an opulent, energetic, and voluptuous tasting experience.
