A testament to Domaine's long-standing commitment to organic (since 2000) and biodynamic (since 2005) viticulture. This expressive wine is made entirely from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on distinctive flinty clay (argiles à silex) soils.
Vinification using manual pigeage and extended maceration (25-30 days) in wooden vats, followed by aging for 12 to 18 months in wooden vats and old barrels, without filtration, allowing the wine to fully express its unique terroir.
It presents a deep ruby to purple color. The nose is expressive and gourmand with fruit aromas. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a beautiful structure of minerality and very fine, velvety tannins leading to an elegant finish. A finely made wine with excellent aging potential.
