A blend of grapes from altitudes grown on sandy loam and clay-limestone colluvium soil, is a blend of volumn and depth. De-stemmed at 79% bringing firmer texture and unique flavors. 40% the blend aged in Inox and 60% in one-wine barrels for 12 months to soften the tannins and give it more depth. 
Dark red appearance diffusing aromas of ripe black fruits, the palate is supple yet elegant, round blend of pepper jam and spice aromas with fine tannins. Enjoy its fruitiness now or for further bottle ageing to reveal its full potential.
