A quintessential expression of the Northern Rhône, showcasing the elegance and power of Syrah. Pure fruit expression from granite and alluvial soils, which impart distinct characteristics to the grapes. Maturation for 12 months in aged barrique (228L) making the wine more balanced and structured. Limited production of 15,000 bottles.
The wine presents a ripe cherry color. Highly aromatic on the nose, bursting with notes of blackberry and violet, intertwined with classic Syrah characteristics of black pepper and spices. The palate is medium to full-bodied, well-structured, and balanced, with smooth tannins  leading to a long, persistent finish. This Crozes-Hermitage is an excellent companion to roasted meats, game, or strong cheeses, and often benefits from a few years of aging to fully reveal its complexity.
