By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, which is the legal drinking age in Hong Kong. According to s. 37(1) of Cap. 109B Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulations,  we are legally prohibited from selling alcohol to minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age from you at the point of sale and/or upon delivery of the goods. If we are not satisfied with the proof of age provided, or if the recipient of the order appears to be under 18, we will refuse to complete the delivery and may cancel the order. In such a case, a re-delivery or cancellation fee may apply.

• Product Information and Availability: All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate, we reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock. In such an event, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email sent to you upon placing an order does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The sale is concluded only when we dispatch the goods to you.

• Payment: We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site. Your payment will be processed securely. The goods will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use this content without our express written permission.
