Expressing the unique character of Chiroubles, known for having some of the highest vineyards in Beaujolais. The Gamay benefits from granite soils eroded over time, contributing fine, tender, and aromatic qualities. With an average vine age of 55 years, the lower yields result in more concentrated flavors and greater complexity. The wine reveals a vibrant ruby-red color with floral aromas of violet and peony, beautifully intertwined with notes of fresh red fruits like cherry and raspberry. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and exceptionally fruity, with a smooth, agreeable acidity and a gentle structure. Perfect to enjoy both young an aged , slightly chilled, with charcuterie, light grilled meats, or poultry.
