A remarkable expression of its unique Kimméridgien clay-limestone soil, known for imparting distinctive minerality. Crafted from 40-year-old vines, which ensure lower yields and more concentrated flavors, this wine shows a bright, pale yellow hue. It offers delicate yet intense aromas of white-flesh fruits and citrus. Aged on fine lees with malolactic fermentation for six months, the palate is rich and smooth, surprisingly balanced by refreshing acidity and the legendary minerality. This Chablis promises enjoyable drinking over 5 to 10 years, perfect as an apéritif, or paired with oysters, seafood salad, Burgundy snails, or fresh goat cheese.
