Aged on fine lees for 2 months to enhance its creamy texture, it shows a golden color with green hues and aromas of honeysuckle and chamomile tea. The palate is fresh, full, and ends on a ripe citrusy note.Perfect as an apéritif or paired with salads and light dishes.
這是一款富有表現力的有機且純素麗絲玲（Riesling），生長於黏土石灰岩土壤，帶來豐富的層次、複雜性與活潑的能量。經過兩個月的酒泥（fine lees）熟成，使其口感更添綿密，酒色呈金黃帶綠，散發著金銀花和洋甘菊茶的香氣。口感清新飽滿，尾韻帶有成熟柑橘的風味。非常適合作為開胃酒，或搭配沙拉及清淡菜餚。
