A "secret" blend that beautifully balances Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, grown on sandy "perruche" soils, this wine is a testament to winemaker Philippe Carli's vision. 
This wine reveals a limpid and golden hue. On the nose, it offers a fresh and fragrant bouquet of white flowers and delicate floral notes, with a hint of honey. The palate presents a fascinating contrast between the minerality of Chenin and the round, expressive aromas of Chardonnay. Fresh and perfumed first sip, gradually revealing texture and complexity. Serve it fresh as an apéritif, or pair it with seafood, fish, goat cheeses, or even Asian-inspired sweet and savory dishes.
