A vibrant and mineral-driven Chardonnay from nearby Chablis. This wine perfectly embodies the unique "Salines" terroir, showcasing a brilliant pale gold color and a crisp, expressive nose of white flowers, green apple, and distinct saline minerality. On the palate, it's fresh and lively with a precise acidity and a long, clean finish, reflecting its pure, unoaked character. An ideal apéritif, it also pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, and fresh goat cheese.
