It truly expresses its mineral character thanks to the Chardonnay grown on the classic Kimméridgien clay-limestone soils. The 30-40-year-old vines ensure lower yields and more complex, concentrated flavors, while 10 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks bring a rounder mouthfeel at the same time preserving its inherent freshness. It reveals a bright, pale yellow hue with inviting aromas of white flowers, meadow, and a distinct mineral background, often complemented by notes of pear and grapefruit. On the palate, it is frank, straight, fresh, and lively, with pronounced mineral accents beautifully enriched by a citrus dimension. Perfect for enjoyment now and capable of evolving gracefully over 1 to 8 years.
