“Fleur de Lune” 中文是“月之花”是對夜晚的頌歌，月亮由冬至夏庇護著葡萄園, 引領著我們的工作節奏。
 
"Fleur de Lune" reflets a deep respect for nature and the lunar calendar in its crafting. This expressive wine is a blend of 65% Syrah, 25% Grenache Noir, and 10% Mourvèdre, grown on sandy garrigue and blue clay soils.Adopting whole berry vinification, the wine is then aged for 10 months in concrete vats, for enhancing complexity.
It presents a deep ruby color with cherry reflections. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of blackcurrant bud, Bigarreau cherry, and subtle undergrowth notes, with hints of red fruits. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful structure of small red fruits intertwined with spicy notes. The finish is spicy and fresh, with good intensity and a delightful tension. 
「月之花」的釀造過程中，深刻體現了對大自然和月亮曆的尊重。這款富有表現力的葡萄酒，混釀了65%西拉（Syrah）、25%黑歌海娜（Grenache Noir）和10%慕合懷特（Mourvèdre），這些葡萄種植於砂質灌木叢地和藍色黏土。採用整顆帶皮發酵，隨後在混凝土槽中熟成10個月，以增添複雜性。
酒液呈深紅寶石色，帶有櫻桃紅色反光。香氣富有表現力，散發著黑醋栗芽、伯拉特櫻桃和微妙的灌木叢氣息，並帶有紅色水果的 nuances。口感呈現出小紅莓果實的美麗結構，並交織著辛辣的風味。餘韻辛辣而清新，具有良好的強度和令人愉悅的張力。
