A vibrant and accessible red wine that beautifully expresses the sun-drenched terroir in the Southern Rhône. This winemaking embodies the spirit of freedom and freshness with commitment to sustainable viticulture, and being certified organic. Totally destemmed and whole-berry fermentation was adopted for better preservation of fruitiness and freshness. Fermentation using natural yeast in order to give better expression of terroir.
It presents a shiny violet color. Aromas of fresh cassis and cherry on the nose. The palate is smooth and fresh with delightful fruitiness to the finish. Perfect for everyday enjoyment, and pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, or charcuterie.
