A radiant and expressive rosé that embodies a philosophy of freedom in winemaking. It's a delicate blend of classic Southern Rhône grape varieties bringing its fresh and vibrant profile. Combined vinification of saignée (40%) and pressée (60%) to better extract fresh fruit aromas at the same time less tannin extraction. Aged on fine lees for 8 weeks, with no added sulfites during vinification.
This rosé shows a pale rose petal color. It offers a "concert" of fresh red berry fruits, The palate is crisp, juicy, and pure, delivering a lively and remarkably refreshing finish. An ideal wine for aperitifs and charcuterie to grilled fish, salads, or even spicy Asian dishes.
