"Le Sec" 是一款清新且充滿果味的葡萄酒
Made with Chenin Blanc rooted in classic clay-limestone (tuffeau) soils with a commitment to organic viticulture. The winemaking is minimally interventionist. Fermented in 3-7-used oak barrels in order to reduced oak influence and highlighted terrior and fruitiness. Thereafter matured in barrique for 4 months, which leading to rounder and more delicate mouthfeel. With no fining before bottling, and no added sulfites during vinification.
"Le Sec" presents a bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of citrus fruits with a hints of madarin. The palate is drived by freshness and there's a good salinity in the finish.
以白詩南(Chenin Blanc)釀製,葡萄根植於經典的黏土石灰岩(tuffeau)土壤,並堅持有機葡萄栽培。釀造過程極少干預。在使用過3至7次的橡木桶中發酵,以減少橡木影響,並突顯風土與果味。隨後在小橡木桶中熟成4個月,帶來更圓潤細緻的口感。裝瓶前不經澄清,且在釀造過程中不添加亞硫酸鹽。
「Le Sec」呈現明亮的淺黃色。香氣方面,它散發著誘人的柑橘類水果芬芳,帶有一絲柑橘味。口感由清新主導,餘韻帶有美好的鹹度。
