A captivating and adventurous orange wine, a testament to the estate's dedication to natural winemaking and organic viticulture in the sun-drenched region of Provence. The key to its character lies in the extended skin maceration – where the white grape juice remains in contact with the skins for 4 weeks not only to extract colour, but also tannins and complex aromatic compounds. Adopting minimal intervention during vinification with zero added sulphites, allowing the wine to express its truest form.
It presents a hazy, orange-brown color, reflecting its skin contact. The nose is intriguing, with white fruits and dried flower aromas. The palate is  structured with a smooth texture and a dry, evolving finish. This is a profound and thought-provoking wine, perfect for adventurous palates and ideal with rich, flavorful dishes, spiced cuisine, or mature cheeses.
