A truly distinctive and adventurous white wine from Jouves' innovative spirit and his commitment to natural winemaking from organic farmed vineyards. This wine undergoes an extended skin maceration for 1 month. This crucial process, typically reserved for red winemaking, extracts phenolics, tannins, and color from the grape skins. Followed by 6-month ageing, all gives the wine its unique texture and character.
It presents a hazy, deep golden to amber color. The nose is complex and intriguing, offering a mosaic of aromas rendered by citrus fruits, elderflower and whit pepper.
